Your responsibilities:

• Monitor and evaluate sales and support calls in Dutch to ensure full compliance with company and regulatory guidelines;

• Provide live coaching, guidance, and feedback to agents when needed;

• Support, train, and motivate sales and support teams to ensure confidence in compliance procedures;

• Enforce compliance rules across all interactions and report deviations when necessary;

• Work daily with AI compliance tools (Sedric AI) to improve quality and accuracy in the Dutch market;

• Conduct calibration sessions with teams to refresh existing or introduce new compliance rules;

• Deliver mandatory compliance training to new employees;

• Handle compliance-related tickets assigned by the Compliance Manager;

• Follow all AnyTech365 policies, procedures, and code of conduct.

What we expect from you:

• Fluency in Dutch and good command of English;

• Minimum 1 year of experience in compliance, quality assurance, audit, or a similar role;

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills;

• Excellent listening, communication, and coaching abilities;

• High attention to detail and a strong sense of ethics;

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and remote software tools;

• Motivation, organization skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment;

• Availability to work full-time from our Sofia office.
