💼 Your responsibilities:

• Handle inbound sales calls in German;

• Deliver outstanding customer experiences, building trust and confidence;

• Understand client needs, diagnose IT issues remotely, and propose tailored solutions;

• Present and close subscription-based services;

• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
