Anytech365 is seeking a HR professional with solid experience in Moroccan labor legislation and HR management in international environments, preferably in IT and Call Center sectors. The ideal candidate will be results-oriented, proactive, and capable of supporting talent management, legal compliance, and organizational development processes, assisting the HR team to ensure efficiency and achievement of objectives.
This role requires a collaborative attitude and the ability to work as part of a team, following established guidelines and procedures to ensure the proper functioning of the Human Resources area.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain legal and employment documentation in accordance with team directives, ensuring compliance with Moroccan legislation
Support in hiring, onboarding, and termination processes under supervision
Assist in preparing and managing HR-related documents such as payroll and benefits
Collaborate in organizing and filing HR documentation
Participate in coordination activities with different departments according to instructions from the team
Support administrative tasks related to HR, including drafting letters and managing files
Assist in monitoring internal processes and preparing basic reports
Profile:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in Human Resources, emphasizing Moroccan labor legislation and management in international environments
Previous experience in IT, Call Center, or technology services sectors
Knowledge of labor legislation, contracts, labor relations, and regulations in Morocco
Results-oriented, capable of following instructions and working collaboratively in a team
Proactive, with good communication skills and a collaborative attitude
Fluency in French and English (spoken and written) essential
