🧩 Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Manager to lead and optimize Human Resources operations within a high-volume, technology-driven contact centre environment. This role acts as a strategic business partner, ensuring compliance with Spanish labor legislation while delivering an efficient, consistent, and high-quality employee experience aligned with global corporate standards.


🎯 Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee daily HR operations, including hiring, contract extensions, contractual changes, terminations, and employee documentation.

  • Ensure full compliance with Spanish labor law and applicable collective bargaining agreements.

  • Supervise and coordinate payroll processes, including variables, incidents, and external payroll providers.

  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes in high-turnover environments.

  • Monitor and control working time, shift management, vacations, and absenteeism.

  • Lead, coach, and develop the HR Operations team.

  • Coordinate external vendors (payroll providers, occupational risk prevention services, mutual insurance companies, employee benefits).

  • Prepare and present HR KPIs and reports to senior management and international stakeholders.

  • Participate in internal audits, labor inspections, and global corporate projects.

  • Drive continuous improvement, standardization, and digitalization of HR processes.


🧠 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Labor Relations, Law, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 2–3 years in HR Operations roles.

  • Previous experience in call centers, contact centers, or high-volume environments is highly valued.

  • Advanced knowledge of Spanish labor legislation.

  • Strong experience in payroll, Social Security, and employment contracts.

  • Hands-on experience with HRIS and time & attendance systems.

  • Fluent English (C1 level or equivalent) — daily use in meetings, reporting, and written communication.

  • Highly organized, analytical, proactive profile with strong leadership and communication skills.
