We are opening a new office in Nador with a team of around 30 employees, mainly in Sales and Support.

We are looking for a proactive and organized professional to act as the local coordinator, ensuring smooth daily operations and strong alignment with our Country Manager in Morocco and our Headquarters in Spain.

๐ŸŽฏ What will you do?

  • Coordinate the day-to-day office operations

  • Ensure clear communication and implementation of company guidelines

  • Act as a bridge between local teams and international management

  • Monitor processes and flag any issues or deviations

  • Handle administrative tasks and support internal organization

  • Identify and manage day-to-day challenges, escalating when needed

  • Act as the main point of contact with local labor authorities in Nador

๐Ÿ‘‰ Sales and Support teams will report directly to their managers.
๐Ÿ‘‰ Your role will be coordination, follow-up and alignment.

๐Ÿ‘ค What are we looking for?

  • Experience in administration, office coordination or similar roles

  • Ability to influence without direct authority

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Comfortable working in international environments

    Languages (mandatory):

    • Spanish -High level

    • French โ€“ High level

    • English โ€“Intermediate level
