Job Summary:

Casablanca Global Cybersecurity Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our team and support recruitment activities for our client AnyTech365, a leading European IT support and cybersecurity company. You will assist in the full recruitment cycle and collaborate with the administrative team on new hire documentation and contract processing. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to grow within the HR and recruitment field in an international, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job advertisements on various platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, career sites).
  • Source and attract candidates using online tools, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen CVs and conduct initial interviews or phone screenings.
  • Schedule interviews with hiring managers and coordinate follow-ups.
  • Maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Support candidate onboarding and orientation processes.
  • Work closely with the HR admin team to:
  • Ensure all new hire documents are complete and accurate.
  • Assist in drafting and managing employment contracts and credentials.
  • Contribute to recruitment reports, KPIs, and administrative documentation.
  • Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Previous internship or experience in HR/recruitment is an advantage.
  • Good knowledge of LinkedIn, ATS, and other sourcing tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in both English and French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and able to work independently when required.
  • Eager to learn and develop within a growing HR team.
