Your responsibilities:

• Conduct checkup calls with existing German-speaking clients;

• Assist customers by booking technician appointments when needed;

• Manage renewals, offer upgrades, and recommend suitable service options;

• Reconnect with expired customers and help them reactivate their subscriptions;

• Retain at-risk clients by providing solutions, benefits, and support;

• Follow company procedures, quality standards, and report any suspicious or fraudulent activity.

What we expect from you:

• Fluency in German (C1 level) and strong English skills;

• Minimum 1 year of experience in retention, customer service, or a related field;

• Excellent communication and active listening skills;

• Strong customer-service orientation and the ability to build trust;

• Good computer literacy and ability to work with internal systems;

• Organized, proactive, punctual, and results-driven;

• A positive attitude, team spirit, and commitment to performance;

• Ability to maintain confidentiality during and for 2 years after employment.
