🔍 WHAT WILL YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES BE?
- You are the first person a potential customer will speak with when they call us – you must give the best first impression of Global Cyber Security Group
- You will perform a remote computer or IoT (Internet of Things) device security check using our professional toolkit to scan the device
- You will give a security and performance diagnosis and provide helpful suggestions to the potential customer
- You will convert inbound calls into loyal customers, and transfer the customer to level 2 technicians for a comprehensive service
- Please note that this position is for night shift

✅ REQUIREMENTS
- Native level of Spanish
- Availability to work shifts
- Previous experience in sales
- Excellent communication and social skills
- High level of English is a plus
- Passion for technology
