Handle inbound support calls and online inquiries from English-speaking customers
Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues remotely via p9
Respond to live chat and email requests (Customerly & Salesforce)
Perform initial system cleans for new clients and explain the software afterward
Follow up on bookings, send Quality Control calls, and encourage customer reviews
Support other GEO teams when needed
Maintain performance standards and company core values (score B or above)
Fluency in English
Minimum 2 years of IT-related education + at least 1 year of experience in IT support/helpdesk
Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
Solid technical knowledge: remote tools, Windows/macOS, MS Office, basic computer maintenance
Organized, proactive, and motivated to grow in a fast-paced international environment
